We appreciate the opportunity to revise the manuscript and address comments from the editors. We have addressed the editorial office's recommendation that we should include an Ethics Statement in the Methods Section of the manuscript. We have added the following sentence to the end of the first paragraph in the methods section: "This research was conducted with the approval of the Baylor College of Medicine Internal Review Board (protocol H #24180)."
